Noreen M. Hatt

HATT, Noreen Marguerite Hatt, age 83, of Western Shore, passed away peacefully April 21, 2016, with her loved ones by her side, at the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.

Born in Halifax, January 30, 1933, Noreen was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was also a social butterfly, loving to go to social events throughout Lunenburg County and the Valley, especially if they had old style country music or a lunch. She was very active in the community and willing to volunteer at any event at any time.

She is survived by her sons, Thomas (Lynn), Boutiliers Point; Raymond, Oakhill; David, Halifax; daughters, Margaret (Bud) Mason, Halifax; Sheldonna (Lee) Veinotte, Cornwall; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Sheldon and son, Robert.

No visitation by her request. A graveside service will he held 2:00pm, Wednesday, April 27, 2016 in the Western Shore Cemetery, Western Shore, Rev. Peter Rafuse officiating.

Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Western Shore Cemetery or Western Shore Baptist Church.
