Frances E. Swinimer

Frances Estella Swinimer, age 76 of Western Shore, formerly of Church Lake, Upper Cornwall, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side, June 5, 2016 at South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.

Born in Upper Cornwall, she was a daughter of Eva Barkhouse, Western Shore and the late Herbert (Buppy) Barkhouse.

She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Robert Swinimer; sons, Chuck (Wanda), Martin’s River; Tony (Patty), Eaglesham, AB; Darrin (Amanda), Western Shore; Blaine (Kim), Bridgewater; daughter, Gail (Richard) Nauss, Mahone Bay; grandchildren, Doyle, Kaela, Lori, Vanessa, Amelia, George, Rebecca, Christopher, Emma-Leigh, Abigail, Stephen and Christa; great grandchildren, Ava, Brooklynn, Cali, Nathan, Izabella, Hailey and Brady; sisters, Jean (Bob) Emino, Bridgewater; Carolyn (Cecil) Lenihan, New Ross; brothers, Terry (Lisa) Barkhouse and Ronald (Peggy) Barkhouse, all of Western Shore; Merrill (Sheila) Barkhouse, Maitland.

She was predeceased by her sister, Myra Kaizer (Western Shore).

Frances will be dearly missed by her husband and family.

A graveside service will be held 3pm, Friday, June 10 in Western Shore Cemetery, Western Shore, Rev. Ron Barkhouse officiating. A reception will follow at 36 Station Rd. Extension, Western Shore.
