Marguerite L. "Sis" Hamm

HAMM, Marguerite Lavella “Sis”. Died peacefully, June 27, 2017 surrounded by her family.

She was born November 22, 1934 in Western Shore. Sis was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Hattie (Swinamer) Carver.

She grew up in Western Shore, later moving to Gold River and spent her last year's in Shoreham Village Home for Special Care, Chester. Sis loved spending time with her family.

Sis will be greatly missed by her sons, Peter (Cindy) Hamm, John (Krista) Hamm and daughter, Kathy (David) Joudrey; grandchildren, Michelle (Donald) Mingo, Michael (Lucinda) Joudrey and Keith Hamm; great-grandchildren, Isabella and Alina; sister, Mary Swinamer; brother, Joe Carver.

Predeceased by husbands, Paul Sawler and Terrance Hamm; brother, Frank Carver.

A graveside service will take place 2pm, Monday, July 3, 2017 in Western Shore Cemetery, Western Shore.

Memorial donations are requested to be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia, Canadian Cancer Society or Shoreham Village Home for Special Care.
