Jennie I. Richardson

Jennie Irene Richardson, 88 of Western Shore passed away peacefully January 19th at Shoreham Village, Chester with her Granddaughters Anice and Valerie at her bedside.

Jennie was the daughter of Eva and Francis Conrad.

She was predeceased by her husband, Basil; sisters, Grace Crouse, Betty Boutilier and brothers, Freeman, Wilbert and Fred.

Jennie is survived by her daughters, Marjorie (Gordon) Sawler, Sheila (Gary) Langille; sister, Joan Mosher and brothers, Harold and Mark (Pearl) Conrad; granddaughters, Valerie Langille-Johnston (Sheldon), Anice Philips (Howard) and grandson, Jonathan Sawler and great grandsons, Chance and Nathanial (Jocelyn).

Jennie enjoyed bingo and a game of skiboo with her sister Joan or anyone who would join her. She also enjoyed playing trouble and other card games with her family and grandchildren both at home and at the cottage.

A very special thank you to the staff at Shoreham Village for their wonderful care of Jennie and the family.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Mark’s Anglican Church, Western Shore or a charity of your choice.

Service will be held 2:00pm, Wednesday January 24, 2018 at Mahone Funeral Home 32 Parish St., Mahone Bay.
