Eileen "Anne" (Hawes) Bowles

Age 66, of Blockhouse, Lunenburg Co., left this world on February 1, 2020 to rejoin the love of her life, William “Billy” Bowles, whom she lost on March 11, 2011.

Born in St. John's, Newfoundland, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Marie (Madden) Hawes.

Anne is survived by daughters, Carrie Bowles (Trevor Jack) and Janet Corkum; grandsons, Aiden and Owen Corkum; siblings, Joyce Foster (Emile), Oregon; Ron (Carole) Hawes, British Columbia; Sidney (Joyce) Hawes, British Columbia; Patrick (Jennifer) Hawes, Georgia; Kathleen (Roland) Pepin, Quebec; Brian (Valerie) Hawes, Wisconsin; Maureen (Billy) Gurr, Ontario; Terry (Leslie) Hawes, Quebec; Patsey (John) Coombes, Ontario; sister-in-law, Audrey Hawes, Quebec; numerous nieces and nephews as well as many incredible and loving brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by her brother, Sam Hawes.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Mahone Funeral Home, Mahone Bay.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
