Pauline Elizabeth "Tud" Boehner

Pauline "Tud" Boehner - age 86, passed away peacefully April 28, 2023 at the Mahone Nursing Home in Mahone Bay. She was born in Martin's River to Allan and Hilda (Keddy) Boehner and was the youngest of seven children. Pauline was blind and lived most of her life in the family farmhouse in Martin's River. She enjoyed the simple things in life like spending time with family and listening to and playing music. She spent many hours swinging outdoors in summer with her brother Carroll, who was also blind. Pauline was a lifelong member of St. Martin's Anglican Church. She was predeceased by her parents and siblings, Russell, Percy, Carroll, Gordon, Eugene, Marie and Helen. Pauline was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Graveside funeral service will be held Monday, May 1 at 10:00 am at St. Martin's Anglican Cemetery, NS Hwy 3, Martin's River. The family would like to express gratitude to the Mahone Nursing Home for their care. Memorials can be made in Pauline's name to Martin's River Fire Department.
