Ricky Marshall Dorey (May 20, 1965 - May 28, 2024)
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Ricky Dorey. He passed away suddenly on May 28th 2024 at 12:36am at the South Shore Regional Hospital. He celebrated his 59th birthday a week before his passing.
He is survived by his girlfriend, Darlene Rafuse; mother, Noreen Dorey; two daughters, Cheryl and Shyanne and four grandsons, Cayden, Cameron, Jaxton and Chandler. He was the brother of Jimmie, Wendall and Blaine Dorey.
Ricky was predeceased by his father, Carman Dorey.
He grew up in Middle Cornwall where he spent most of his life and then moved to Bridgewater. He loved to listen to old tunes and checking out muscle cars. He enjoyed spending his time with his close family and his two dogs Sissy (predeceased) and Boo.
There will be visitation Thursday, May 30th 2024, 5:30 -8pm for family and 6-8pm for the public. A graveside service will take place Friday, May 31st 2024 at 3:00pm at the New Cornwall Memorial Garden, Middle Cornwall.
The family kindly asks that memorial donations be considered for South Shore Regional Hospital.
